1990 - Present: President & Owner of M.E.L. Valuations, Inc.
1983 - 1989: President & Founder of Appraisalas International Inc., performing Appraisal assignments; Supervise & approve all staff appraisals; Instituted computerized statistical analysis system for machinery & equipment; controlled corporate expanding business appraising assets in excess of millions of dollars worth of diversified types of collateral.
1980 - 1983: Assistant Vice-President of Lawrence Systems Inc., Dallas Office Division of Appraisals & Sales. Duties as lead appraiser & market analyst for in-house evaluations and outside consulting.
1975 - 1980: Supervisory position with Nelson International, Inc., an International Auction Company. Duties as Manager of Marketing and Appraisal Consultant.
